Innovative speeding control
We have a huge problem in our village.
Idiots who speed through it at WAY over the 30mph limit. Why do people seem to disengage brain when they step in a car?
Anyway, I thought this was a very good idea (although the roads around the city may not need them).
PS. I have a feeling these are photoshopped, but still a great idea.
