ecto - if you blog, it’s worth a look

As you know, I intend to take this blogging lark a little more seriously in the future. I currently use Scribefire for blogging direct from Firefox and also the web-based interface from the blog itself (it’s hosted via Wordpress on my own domain).

An app recommeded to me by a number of people is ecto. I have just bought this for the princely sum of £11 and it is worth every penny. Very intuitive and also very powerful. It allows you to save posts as drafts, gives some excellent customisation options and also provides things like add an Amazon item, or photo from iPhoto.

Does anyone use anything different or have any top tips for using ecto? I would to love to hear what you think!
