Google Analytics acting funky
Hi all, having changed the blog theme, my Google Analytics stats have gone weird. They’ve dropped off a cliff today (I had a look earlier today and they were at the normal level). Now they are showing only 2 visitors. Hmmmm….
Anyone got any ideas? I’ll check tomorrow and see what is happening, but I might have to revert back to the old theme for now.
UPDATE – a few of my site stats are looking really low… anyone else experiencing problems?
New Blog Theme – your feedback counts
I’ve been running the same theme on theappleofmyi blog for a while now, and after a little bit of inspiration from my good friend Steve over on the Hasblog, (if you need some decent coffee, you need to subscribe to his blog – coffee adventures at their finest), I am trying out this new theme.
So, the big question is, what do you all think? If you have never commented on here, (and I know that is a fair few of you!), PLEASE can you take a moment and let me know your thoughts on this new design. Specifically,
- Is it easy to read?
- Does it look ok on your computer
- Can you navigate around the blog with ease?
- Do you find the sidebar widgets useful
I’m really trying to raise the standard of the blog this year, most importantly the content, but also the design / look / feel, so again, a plea for your feedback. Thanks!

A couple of new features for you
Happy Sunday afternoon everyone! I hope you have all had a good weekend. I wanted to let you know about a couple of things I plan to do on the blog in the coming weeks….
- Start a regular series of post where I speak to people who own, or are involved in a business where their marketing has impressed me and/or they have a great product and you need to know about it!
- Start doing some regular reviews of websites which have caught my attention – pointing out what they are doing well, and perhaps, what they could do better
