Hello!
Hi all,
Just wanted to say a big hello and let you know that I am in a place where I have bugger all internet access, and hence no posting for a few days! Oh the pain!!!
Normal service will be resumed next week. Hope everyone is well, and please let me know what is going on in the world! If Apple has launched any new hardware, email me now!

Fancy setting up a non-Apple router?!
David Pogue has a hilarious write up of trying to set up Netgear’s 802.11n USB adapter onto a brand-new, spotless Lenovo ThinkPad laptop. Chuckle chuckle!

The state of the Blogosphere
Great post from Technorati’s Dave Sifry on the what is going on in the blogosphere.
The summary is below:
- 70 million weblogs
- About 120,000 new weblogs each day, or…
- 1.4 new blogs every second
- 3000-7000 new splogs (fake, or spam blogs) created every day
- Peak of 11,000 splogs per day last December
- 1.5 million posts per day, or…
- 17 posts per second
- Growing from 35 to 75 million blogs took 320 days
- 22 blogs among the top 100 blogs among the top 100 sources linked to in Q4 2006 – up from 12 in the prior quarter
- Japanese the #1 blogging language at 37%
- English second at 33%
- Chinese third at 8%
- Italian fourth at 3%
- Farsi a newcomer in the top 10 at 1%
- English the most even in postings around-the-clock
- Tracking 230 million posts with tags or categories
- 35% of all February 2007 posts used tags
- 2.5 million blogs posted at least one tagged post in February
So, anyone saying that blogs are not important is talking total you know what!

Dodgy design from Apple?!
2110, originally uploaded by magnus*.
Yes, really, It doesn’t happen very often but this is one of those occasions. The MagSafe power supply for MBPs and MBs. The new version with a cuff is on the top and the dodgy old version, which has led to some real problems for people is on the bottom.

A cool courier company
Stumbled upon ecourier a few minutes ago and thought that you people out there would like to know about it! Great website, some very cool reviews and schweet features like online tracking
Will certainly give them a go when I need something delivering for work.
